Add Email subscription form on your website contact us page

Every website owner want his/her visitor contact with him/her by send an email. To do this just go this link Email me form and signup here. 


When you finish sign up click on "Add Form" button on right side. 

Select 1st option to get remaded form. 

Then click on "Customize". 

Then select 4th option. 

Then click on "notification" when you take you mouse on your maded form. 

Then add your Email address on "add recipient" box. 

Then click on "Save" then click 3rd option.

Then click on "Code" for html and other code. then copy the code and past it to your contact form and enjoy. You can also add contact button by going "HTML link".
